Taxation
For two years following his graduation from Georgetown University Law Center, Attorney John M. Kelly worked in the Chief Counsel's Office of the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, D.C. There he was involved in tax refund litigation. Through the years he has become knowledgeable in the principles of personal income taxes, corporate taxes, corporate income taxes, and estate and inheritance taxes.
